The essence of design: transforming spaces with Newliving

A new collaboration is born between Accademia Italiana and Newliving, a Tuscan company based in Cecina, specializing in the production of custom-made staircases for residential spaces. The project will involve second-year students from the bachelor in Interior and Product Design program, who will be tasked with designing a staircase or railing model that interprets the company's identity.

Newliving stands out for its personalized solutions that combine innovation, functionality, and sustainability, with a strong focus on aesthetic value. The company offers versatile products designed to meet the needs of modern residential environments.

The students will be responsible for developing design proposals that reflect these values while ensuring feasibility and industrializability. The challenge will be to find a balance between creativity and concrete technical solutions, with particular attention to sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics.

This project will give students the opportunity to engage with the demands of a real business context, encouraging them to transform creative ideas into effective design solutions.
